The Flat
The flat was completely converted and restored in
2015 and has an area of 668 sq.ft. Entrance and all rooms are on groundfloor and barrier-free. Furniture is brand new. The kitchen is fully equipped with baking oven, ceramic hob,
fridge including freezer, microwave, water boiler, toaster, coffee maker
and dishwasher. For entertainment and comfort the apartment has a 39"
Full HD LED-TV
with satellite reception, Blueray-Player, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine and alarm clock radio.
In the spacious bathroom there is a shower at ground level and a tub. As
special extras the flat has got a walk-in closet and a sauna. Visit the
shore and feel free to use our own pier. Enjoy your
diner or bbq in the garden. Bed linen, towels and dish towels
are free of charge, as well as a free car park. There are no carpets in
the apartment, therefore it is suitable for those peoble suffering from allergies. For this reason we kindly ask for your understanding that we can not allow smoking and pets in the house. |
